Sekolah Ciputra is the largest International Baccalaureate (IB) world school in Indonesia, and the only IB school in Surabaya and East Java to offer all three International Baccalaureate programmes.  These programmes span the years from Play Group to Year 12. The IB Primary Years Programme (PYP) caters for students aged 3-12, and at Sekolah Ciputra this provides the education framework for students in Play Group, Kindergarten and the Elementary School.  The IB Middle Years Programme runs from Years 7-10, whilst the IB Diploma caters for all students in years 11-12.

Students graduating from the IB Diploma Programme find their opportunities at tertiary institutions around the world enhanced because this programme is widely recognized and highly regarded.  Our graduates are enrolled in leading universities around the world, in the United States of America, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore, China, Hong Kong, Europe and Indonesia. Many study Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Science, Medicine, Information Technology, Communication, Art and Design and Tourism and Hospitality.

Sekolah Ciputra provides a rigorous international education, one which enables students to take an active role in any society, whilst retaining and valuing the characteristics of their own origins. The curriculum is broad and balanced, and programs support the growth of the developing child, encompassing ethical, social, physical, emotional and cultural needs, in addition to academic development.

Programs across the school are delivered in English by overseas trained and experienced native English speaking expatriate teachers and IB trained Indonesian teachers. The school enrols students from Indonesia as well as from many different countries around the world. The school works with parents to provide language support to meet the needs of individual students.

The school is pluralistic and provides specialist religion classes; the school currently offers religion classes for Christian, Catholic, Buddhist, Hindu and Moslem students.

Sekolah Ciputra, located on a single campus in CitraRaya was founded by the Yayasan Ciputra Pendidikan in 1996.
